TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EDUCATION AT ACIBADEM

Acıbadem is proud to offer the International Certificate Programs in healthcare management and Clinical Observership Programs with medical scope that equips professionals with aforementioned perspectives and skills.
Certificate programs in healthcare are offered to all nationalities by Acıbadem University, Acıbadem University Continuous Education Center (ASEGEM) and Acıbadem Hospitals Group International Business Development Department. Clinical observership programs and certificate programs related with healthcare management serve mid to high level executives and healthcare professionals throughout the globe.

The healthcare management program offers participants tools to deal with changing legal landscape, policy considerations, human resources constraints, complex organizational dynamics and performance pressures in health delivery.
International Health Management Training Program includes the following lectures: financial management of healthcare, health tourism, marketing and advertising, nursing services, technical services, quality, patient safety, call center operations, catering services, purchasing and logistics, mobile health services, CRM applications, patient satisfaction management, cleaning services, human resources strategies, infection control, biomedical infrastructure, patient rights, information technology and project management.
Besides lectures, participants have the opportunity to visit and observe Group’s hospitals, outpatient clinics, centralized functions and administrative head quarters. The program will continue to support the continuing education goals of all health care executives and postgraduate students focusing on health management.
The programs provide information about the recent treatment methods in different medical branches according to the areas of interest.
Throughout the education program, physicians/nurses or other health professionals will be carrying out observational on site trainings in Acıbadem hospitals according to the daily schedules of the physician’s and location’s condition.
The expected outcome is creating impetus on gaining insight of the participant’s purpose as a well-trained health professional and expose them to different kinds of knowledge. Creating a platform where the participant can experience medical care on the site, the programs let the trainees participate to the process of “observation of diverse protocols on patient care, medical procedures, interventions” and created opportunity to become familiar with the protocols in their related field.
