Mark Simmonite / Neurosurgery / England

26 October 2013 Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to take this opportunity to thank Acibadem, its staff and all concerned for the care, treatment and help I have been privileged to receive during my stay here.

Having been unfortunate enough to here sustained my injury on the first night of my holiday, upon my imminent departure tonight, I am left feeling embarrassed and ashamed at my or rather by my initial fear and concerns at sustaining such an injury abroad and not in the UK.

I am humbled by my original thoughts and fears. I have had many stays in hospitals both home and abroad. I am of the opinion that the treatment, care and help I have received at Acibadem is ‘second to non’. I have been continually impressed throughout my enforced stay and whilst I now look forward to my impending departure home, I shall spore a thought for all the pleasant staff of all ranks who have cared for me throughout my stay.

I would also like you to note that all my visitors have told me that they are impressed and surprised at all levels throughout your hospital. This includes my repatriation doctor accompanying me home tonight.

Finally please accept my sincere gratitude for all throughout my stay and pass on my thanks at all levels for my care. From Doctors to nurses, from the cleaners to kitchen staff and room service. And how can I not thank the admin staff who each day/night have constantly enquired as to my needs if any.

Thank you. I shall be eternally grateful.

Yours sincerely,
