Assoc. Prof. Işil Fazilet Kartaloğlu is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her residency at Istanbul 70th Year Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital in 2013. Since 2020 she has been practicing with the Acibadem Health Group, where she focuses on comprehensive rehabilitation care, lymphedema management, and interventional physiatry. She is an active member of the Turkish Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association, the Turkish Medical Association, the Anatolian Lymphedema Association, and the Interventional Physiatry Group. Her clinical interests include improving function and quality of life for patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders, and applying minimally invasive interventions as part of individualized rehabilitation plans. Known for combining evidence-based practice with patient-centered care, she collaborates across disciplines to deliver tailored rehabilitation programs and advanced lymphedema treatments.
