Prof. Cem Aygün is a hepatology and gastroenterology specialist with extensive clinical and academic experience. He earned an associate professorship from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2011–2012 and has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group since 2020. His professional focus includes liver disease diagnosis and management, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and research in hepatology. He is an active member of several national and international societies, including the Turkish Gastroenterology Association, Liver Research Society of Turkey, Turkish Association for Liver Research, European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), and the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE).
