Prof. M. Özcan Erdemli is an accomplished anesthesiologist and intensivist with extensive clinical and academic experience. He completed advanced specialty training at Turkey High Specialization Training and Research Hospital in 1994 and holds the academic rank of Associate Professor. Since 2012 he has been affiliated with Acibadem Health Group, where he provides expert care in anesthesia and intensive care, with particular focus on thoracic and cardiovascular perioperative management. Prof. Erdemli is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Society of Anesthesia and Reanimation, Thoracic Cardiovascular Anesthesia and Intensive Care Association, Turkish Intensive Care Association, Anesthesia and Reanimation Specialists Association, and the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiologists. His affiliations reflect a strong commitment to clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development in cardiothoracic anesthesia and critical care.
