M.D. Mehmet Bilhan Hayırlıoğlu is an anesthesiologist with a medical degree and specialty training from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, completed in 2005. Since 2014 he has been practicing with Acıbadem Health Group, providing perioperative anesthesia care and critical care support. He is an active member of the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, the Turkish Medical Association, and the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology (EACTA), reflecting his commitment to professional development and adherence to high clinical standards.
