Assoc. Prof. Meltem Güner Can is an experienced anesthesiologist and intensivist with a solid clinical and academic background. She completed her anesthesia and reanimation training at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine in 2008. Since 2011, she has been part of the clinical team at Acıbadem Health Group, where she provides perioperative anesthesia care and manages complex cases in the intensive care unit. Her work bridges thoracic and cardiovascular anesthesia with critical care, reflecting a focus on high-acuity surgical patients and postoperative management. She is an active member of professional societies including the Turkish Intensive Care Association, the Thoracic Cardiovascular Anesthesia and Intensive Care Association, and the Turkish Society of Anesthesia and Reanimation, contributing to ongoing education and standards in anesthesia and intensive care.
