Prof. Sevgi Topal is a board-certified pediatric intensive care specialist with advanced training from Health Sciences University M.D. Behçet Uz Pediatrics and Surgery Training and Research Hospital, completing pediatric intensive care training in 2020. She currently serves with Acibadem Health Group (since 2025), where she provides high-quality critical care for children and contributes to clinical program development and multidisciplinary patient management. Her clinical interests include pediatric emergency medicine and intensive care, with active involvement in the Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Association. Known for compassionate patient care and clear communication with families, she combines evidence-based practice with a team-centered approach to improve outcomes for critically ill children.
