Prof. Alpay Turan Sezgin is a cardiologist with a strong clinical and academic background. He graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 with a specialization in Cardiology. Since 2014 he has been affiliated with the Acıbadem Health Group, contributing to patient care and clinical practice. He is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the Başkent University Ethics Committee, the Adana Rotary Club, and the Southern Heart Association.
