Prof. Dilek Güven is a professor of ophthalmology with a strong clinical and academic background. She earned her professorship in Ophthalmology from the University of Health Sciences, Hamidiye Faculty of Medicine in 2017. Since 2022 she has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group, where she continues to provide patient care, teach, and engage in clinical practice. Active in professional organizations, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association (TOD) Istanbul Branch. She is a board member of the TOD Medical Retina Unit and an active participant in both the Medical Retina and Vitreoretinal Surgery units. Her work focuses on retinal conditions and vitreoretinal surgery, combining clinical expertise with leadership in professional ophthalmology networks.
