Prof. K. Latif Abbasoğlu is an experienced pediatric surgeon with a longstanding commitment to clinical excellence, education, and professional collaboration. He earned his medical degree and completed his associate professorship at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2004. Over his career he has held roles in leading healthcare settings and, most recently, has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group since 2022. Prof. Abbasoğlu is an active member of several professional societies, including the European Pediatric Surgery Association (EUPSA), the Aegean Pediatric Thoracic Society, and the Turkish Pediatric Surgery Association.
