Prof. Sevgi Bilgen is an experienced anesthesiologist with a strong background in perioperative care and intensive care medicine. She completed graduate studies in Health Institutions Management at Istanbul Arel University (Master’s degree, non-thesis, 2014–2015) and has been professionally active within leading Turkish healthcare organizations, including Acıbadem Health Group (2018). Her clinical interests include pediatric and obstetric anesthesia, regional anesthesia techniques, and intensive care management. She participates actively in professional committees and societies, contributing to guideline development and quality improvement through membership in: – Pediatric Anesthesia and Reanimation Committee (TARD) – Committee on Obstetric Anesthesia (TARD) – Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD) – Turkish Intensive Care Association – Association of Regional Anesthesia – European Society of Anaesthesiology (ESA) Known for a patient-centered approach and multidisciplinary collaboration, she combines clinical expertise with management knowledge to enhance safety and outcomes across perioperative and critical care settings.
