Prof. Dr. Faruk Abike

Prof. Dr. Faruk Abike is a Gynecology and Obstetrics specialist with clinical interests in cervical cancer, polycystic ovary syndrome, fertility, Bartholin cysts, pelvic pain and functional disorders, urogynecology, and menopause. He provides care through the Urogynecology and Menopause units.

He graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1998 and completed his residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women’s Health Training and Research Hospital in 2003. His training also includes a doctorate in Pharmacology at Gazi University and an observer position at the Johns Hopkins University Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Center. He has worked in gynecology and obstetrics roles at hospitals and academic institutions in Ankara and Istanbul.
