Clinical Oversight

Medical Review Board

Health content is only trustworthy when clinicians stand behind it. Our Medical Review Board is the group of physicians and licensed healthcare professionals who verify the clinical accuracy of what we publish.

Last reviewed: August 2026

What the board does

Reviewers examine medical content for clinical accuracy, current best practice and safe framing — including whether risks, alternatives and “see a doctor” guidance are stated clearly. Content that carries a review badge has passed this process; content awaiting review does not claim otherwise.

How a review works

Assignment

Content is routed to a reviewer in the relevant clinical field.

Clinical check

Claims, ranges and recommendations are verified against current evidence.

Verdict

Approve, request changes, or reject — the clinical verdict is final.

Badge & byline

Approved content displays its reviewer and review date.

Scope and limits

A review confirms that content was accurate and responsibly framed at the review date. It is not a consultation, a diagnosis, or an individual treatment recommendation — those require a doctor examining your case.
