Throughout my career in the healthcare sector, I have always believed that every patient’s journey involves not only medical treatment but also trust, proper guidance, and professional support. This perspective has shaped my patient-centered approach at every stage of my professional development. After graduating from Istanbul Kent University’s Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, I began my healthcare career in the field of Neurosurgery (Neurosurgery) and Spine Surgery. During this period, I gained valuable experience in multidisciplinary healthcare team work by actively participating in pre- and post-operative patient management, clinical coordination, and patient mobilization processes.

I then continued my career in Reproductive Health and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). In this role, I guided patients throughout their treatment journey, provided medication education, and was responsible for the clinical preparation processes of innovative regenerative therapies such as PRP and Exosome therapies. These experiences further strengthened my expertise in patient communication and care coordination. Today, I work as a Health Information Consultant at Acıbadem Healthcare Group. In this position, I assess the healthcare needs of international patients, carefully review their medical reports, and collaborate closely with our specialist physicians to support the development of personalized treatment plans.

My aim is to help patients access the most appropriate healthcare services in a timely and reliable manner, while ensuring they are informed, supported, and confident throughout their health journey. For me, healthcare is not just about providing treatment, but also about empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. Therefore, I am committed to providing the same level of care, transparency, and professionalism from the initial point of contact to post-treatment follow-up. I wholeheartedly believe in the value of making a positive impact on people’s lives and view every patient interaction as an opportunity to build trust and provide meaningful support. I continue my professional journey with the same passion, dedication, and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
