M.D. Cem Tangay is an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity care. He completed his orthopedic and traumatology training at Istanbul Goztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2000. Since 2006 he has been practicing with the Acibadem Health Group, where he provides surgical and non-surgical treatment for a wide range of upper limb conditions.
