His published work includes studies on the surgical treatment of neglected dorsal dislocations of the proximal interphalangeal joint, the prevalence of biphalangealism in the Turkish population, the quality of online information on hallux valgus surgery, and the role of conservative treatment after anterior cruciate ligament injury.

Clinical focus

Dr. Cingöz assesses and treats a range of musculoskeletal injuries and joint conditions. His work in sports and knee injuries covers anterior cruciate ligament tears, meniscus tears and muscle tear treatment. He also provides trauma care and performs foot and ankle surgery as well as shoulder and elbow surgery.

For degenerative joint disease, he evaluates patients with osteoarthritis and, where appropriate, performs knee replacement surgery and hip replacement surgery. Robotic surgery is among his areas of expertise. Treatment decisions depend on the individual patient’s findings, imaging and history, and are discussed with the patient before any plan is finalized.

How Dr. Cingöz works with international patients
