Tural Khalilov, MD

Clinical focus

A substantial part of Dr. Khalilov’s practice concerns the knee. He assesses and treats knee injuries, including cruciate ligament tears and meniscus tears, as well as muscle tears and other sports injuries. Treatment planning depends on the type and extent of the injury, the patient’s age and activity level, and the findings on clinical examination and imaging; not every injury requires surgery, and the options are discussed on an individual basis.

Dr. Khalilov also treats osteoarthritis of the large joints. For patients with advanced joint wear, he performs hip replacement surgery and knee replacement surgery, where these are considered appropriate after assessment. His work further includes foot and ankle surgery, deformity surgery, and shoulder and elbow surgery. How Dr. Khalilov works with international patients

Dr. Khalilov consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages.
