BÜLENT TIRAŞ

Prof. Bülent Tıraş is a seasoned gynecologist and professor with a longstanding commitment to clinical excellence, education, and professional leadership. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and attained the rank of Professor in 2003. Since 2011 he has been affiliated with Acibadem Health Group, contributing his expertise to one of the country’s leading healthcare organizations. Professor Tıraş has played active roles in numerous professional societies. He served as Secretary General (2002–2004) and then President General (2004–2008) of the Turkish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and continues as President II since 2008. He was Secretary General (1999–2001) and later a Board Member (2001–2004) of the Ankara Gynecology Association. As a founding member of the Contraception and Reproductive Health Association, he served as Secretary General (2000–2005) and has been Vice President since 2005. He has also served on the boards of the Urogynecology Association (2001–2005) and the Gynecologic Endoscopy Society, where he was a founding member and Treasurer (2002–2005) and a Board Member (2005–2007). His career reflects dedication to advancing women’s health through clinical practice, organizational leadership, and active involvement in subspecialty societies.
