Prof. Cem Akbal is an associate professor of urology with a strong clinical and academic background. He earned his medical degree and completed specialty training at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (2009–2014) in the Department of Urology. Since 2021 he has been affiliated with Acibadem Health Group, where he provides patient-centered urologic care and engages in teaching and clinical research. His practice includes pediatric and general urology, reflecting active involvement in professional societies such as the Turkish Society of Pediatric Urology, the European Society of Pediatric Urology (ESPU), and the European Association of Urology (EAU). He is also a member of national groups including the Ankara Urologists Association, the Urological Surgery Association, and the Turkish Medical Association. Committed to advancing urologic care, he blends evidence-based practice with compassionate patient communication, and maintains ongoing participation in professional education and collaborative research.
