Prof. İsmet Aydoğdu is a hematologist with a medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, where he completed his specialization in Hematology in 1993. He has a long-standing clinical and academic background in blood disorders and related treatments. In 2025 he joined Acibadem Health Group, contributing his expertise to patient care and multidisciplinary teams. He is an active member of the Turkish Hematology Association and the Turkish Medical Association – Izmir Medical Chamber, engaging with professional peers and staying current with developments in hematology. His work focuses on providing evidence-based care, mentoring younger clinicians, and participating in professional forums to advance hematology practice in Turkey.
