Prof. Salim Başol Tekin, MD

Prof. Salim Başol Tekin, MD is a hematology specialist with a subspecialty in medical oncology. He practices in the Hematology Department at Acibadem Bursa Hospital in Bursa, Turkey, where his clinical work covers lymphoma and a range of solid tumors. With more than 40 years in medicine, his practice brings together the assessment of blood-related cancers and the systemic treatment of cancers affecting the digestive, urinary, reproductive and central nervous systems.

Dr. Tekin graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. He completed his training in Internal Medicine at Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 1991 and went on to complete his training in Medical Oncology at İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2000.
