Prof. Necmi Aksaray is a pediatric infectious diseases specialist with a medical degree from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine (1991). He has extensive clinical and leadership experience, including roles at Acibadem Health Group since 2015. A committed advocate for pediatric health, he has played founding and executive roles in multiple professional organizations: Founding President and member of the Adana Branch of the Turkish Pediatric Association; board member of Puader; ongoing board member of the National Pediatric Association; and founding vice president, president, and board member of the Turkish Pediatric Infection Society. He is also active in the European pediatric community as a member of ESPID and has served as founding vice president, president, and board member of the European Pediatric Infection Society. His professional memberships include the Turkish Microbiology Association, and he helped establish the Adana Branch of the AIDS Fighting Association. M.D. Aksaray combines clinical practice, organizational leadership, and collaborative work at national and European levels to advance pediatric infectious disease care, education, and public health.
