Şeyma Cüneydi, MD

Şeyma Cüneydi, MD is a pediatrician at Acibadem International Hospital (İstanbul), where she works in the Pediatrics unit and cares for infants, children, and adolescents. Clinical focus

Dr. Cüneydi’s work centers on child and adolescent health from the newborn period onward. She provides newborn follow-up and well-child follow-up, including childhood vaccinations, and monitors growth over time so that growth disorders in children can be identified and assessed. Her clinical interests also include the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections in children, and childhood rash illnesses, which are among the most common reasons families seek pediatric care.

A further part of her practice concerns nutrition and feeding in early life. She evaluates pediatric nutritional disorders and iron deficiency and anemia in children, and she sees infants with feeding-related complaints such as lactose intolerance in infants and infant colic.
