Assoc. Prof. Serap Yücel is a radiation oncologist with a strong clinical and academic background. She earned her medical degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, specializing in Radiation Oncology in 2008. Since 2014 she has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group, where she applies advanced radiotherapy techniques and contributes to patient-centered cancer care. Her professional involvement extends beyond clinical practice. She is an active member of the Turkish Oncology Society, the Turkish Society of Radiation Oncology, and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO). She also maintains connections with regional and alumni organizations, including the Trabzon Anatolian High School Alumni Association and the Trabzon University Students Association, and supports lung cancer advocacy through the Lung Cancer Association. Known for combining evidence-based treatment with compassionate care, she is committed to improving outcomes for cancer patients through multidisciplinary collaboration, education, and ongoing professional development.
