Assoc. Prof. Serdar Baylançiçek is an experienced otolaryngologist specializing in ear, nose, and throat diseases with a strong focus on facial plastic surgery and rhinology. He earned his medical degree from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2007 and has since developed a career combining clinical practice, surgical expertise, and professional leadership.
