Prof. Ethem Tankurt is a senior gastroenterologist with a strong focus on liver disease and digestive health. He trained and received recognition from the American Gastroenterological Association in 2007 and brings extensive clinical experience, most recently with Acıbadem Health Group since 2023. He is an active member of leading professional societies, including the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), the Turkish Gastroenterology Association, the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver (TASL), and the Internal Medicine Specialty Association.
