Assoc. Prof. Özgüç Takmaz is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine (appointed 2021). With clinical experience at Acıbadem Health Group since 2017, she specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and gynecologic oncology. She is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Oncology Society, Minimally Invasive Gynecology Society, Society of European Gynaecological Surgery (SERGS), European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO), and the Turkish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics (TJOD). Her work focuses on advancing laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques to improve care and outcomes for women.
