Prof. Ebubekir Şenateş is a gastroenterologist with a strong clinical and academic background in digestive diseases. He completed his gastroenterology training at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2011 and currently practices at Acıbadem Health Group since 2025. His work focuses on liver disease, viral hepatitis, and inflammatory bowel disease. He is actively involved in professional societies, serving as Secretary of the Viral Hepatitis Working Group of the Turkish Association of Liver Research (TKAD). He is also a member of the Turkish Internal Medicine Association (TIHUD), the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Association, the Turkish Gastroenterology Association (TGD), and the Viral Hepatitis Control Association (VHSD). Prof. Şenateş combines clinical care with contributions to national efforts on viral hepatitis control and liver research, bringing evidence-based, patient-centered care to his practice.
