Prof. Ferhan Öz is a seasoned otorhinolaryngologist with a distinguished academic and clinical career. Appointed Professor of Otorhinolaryngology in 2000, Prof. Öz has been a key figure in advancing head and neck medicine and voice disorders. Since 2001, he has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group, contributing to patient care, education, and research. He is a founding member of the Istanbul Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association and serves as President of the Association of Voice, Speech and Swallowing Disorders. His professional affiliations reflect a broad international engagement, including membership in the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, the European Academy of Otology and Neuro-Otology, the European Laryngological Society, The Voice Foundation, and the Confederation of European ORL HNS. He is also active in national organizations such as the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Foundation, the Turkish Society of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the Laryngology Association, and the Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Department of Otorhinolaryngology Research and Development Association.
