Prof. Bahattin Çiçek is an associate professor and experienced gastroenterologist specializing in digestive system disorders, liver disease, endoscopy and nutrition-related absorption conditions. He completed his high specialization training at Turkey High Specialization Training and Research Hospital in 2008 and joined Acıbadem Health Group the same year, where he has continued clinical practice and research. His work focuses on diagnosing and treating inflammatory bowel diseases, liver disorders and malabsorption syndromes, with extensive experience in gastrointestinal endoscopy. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Digestive System Absorption Disorders and Nutrition Research Association, the Turkish Gastroenterology Association, the Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society, and the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Association.
