Prof. Dilaver Kaya is an experienced neurologist and academic leader with a strong background in medical education and clinical neuroscience. Appointed Associate Professor at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine in 2012, he has served on the faculty since 2008, advancing medical teaching, research, and patient care. His professional affiliations reflect a broad commitment to neurology, stroke, and epilepsy care. He is an active member of the Turkish Epilepsy Association, Brain Research Society, World Stroke Organization, Cerebrovascular Diseases Association, and the Turkish Neurology Association. He has contributed to national scientific leadership as a Scientific Advisory Board member for the V. National Cerebrovascular Diseases Congress (2010). Prof. Kaya also serves on several editorial advisory boards, supporting scholarly communication and quality in medical publishing: Turkish Journal of Neurology, Turkish Family Physician, and Acıbadem University Journal of Health Sciences. His work bridges clinical practice, research, and education, with particular focus on cerebrovascular disease and epilepsy.
