Prof. Serap Utaş graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and has built a distinguished career in dermatology. Since 2012 she has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group, where she combines clinical practice, teaching, and research. She is an active member and leader in numerous professional organizations, reflecting a strong commitment to both national and international dermatology communities. Her roles include service with the Turkish Dermatology Accreditation Board, the Dermatoimmunology Association, and the Turkish Dermatology Association — where she has served as Secretary General and as President II. She also contributes to the Turkish Dermatology Qualification and Executive Committee and is involved with the Skin and Venereal Diseases Association. Prof. Utaş is a founding member and former president of the Kayseri Skin and Venereal Diseases Association and a founding member and Second President of the Pediatric Dermatology Association. Her surgical interests are represented by membership in the Dermatosurgery Association. She is also active in European professional circles as a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and the European Society of Pediatric Dermatology. Known for her leadership, clinical expertise, and dedication to dermatology education and accreditation, Prof. Serap Utaş continues to advance patient care and professional standards in dermatology.
