Prof. Can Küçük is a board-certified professor of surgery with a medical degree from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine (2011). He has been affiliated with Acıbadem Health Group since 2011, bringing extensive clinical experience in minimally invasive and gastrointestinal surgery. His practice and research focus on endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques, colorectal and bariatric surgery, and the management of acute surgical conditions. He is active in both national and international professional communities, holding memberships in the National Endoscopic Laparoscopic Surgery Society, Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, Turkish Gastroenterology Association, Turkish Obesity Surgery Association, Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery Association of Turkey, Turkish Surgical Association, and National Society for Trauma and Emergency Surgery. He is also a member of the Kayseri Breast Association and Kayseri Surgical Association, and maintains international connections through the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), Surgical Research Society of America, and the European Association for Sociology of Sport (EASS). Known for a patient-centered approach, he combines surgical expertise with minimally invasive methods to improve recovery and outcomes. He is committed to education, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration to advance surgical care.
