Prof. Dr. Melih Bozkurt

Prof. Dr. Melih Bozkurt is a neurosurgeon at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital, where he works in Neurosurgery and Pediatric Neurosurgery. His clinical interests include brain tumors, pediatric brain tumors, deep-seated brain tumors, meningioma, gliomas, spinal and spinal cord tumors, brain hemorrhage, brain aneurysms, and surgery for brain metastases.

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and completed his neurosurgery training at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. His career has included roles at Doğubayazıt State Hospital, Konya Military Hospital, and Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, where he later became Associate Professor in 2014. He also completed a clinical observer period at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Neurological Surgery, in 2011–2012. Since 2019, he has been part of Acıbadem Healthcare Services, and in 2022 he was appointed Professor at İstanbul AREL University.
