Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erman Çilsal

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erman Çilsal is a Pediatric Cardiology specialist at Atakent Hospital. His clinical interests include congenital heart diseases, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, heart valve problems, cardiac catheterization, and atrial septal defect (ASD). He focuses on the evaluation and treatment of heart conditions in children with a careful, child-centered approach.

He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He worked as a research assistant in the Department of General Surgery at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine between 2004 and 2005, and then continued his training at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in the Department of Child Health and Diseases, where he later served as Chief Assistant. In 2014, he completed his Pediatric Cardiology training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, following his subspecialty research assistant period in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology between 2010 and 2014.

Before joining Acıbadem Healthcare Services in 2026, Dr. Çilsal worked as a Pediatric Cardiology Specialist at Adana Numune Training and Research Hospital and Adana City Training and Research Hospital, and later as an Associate Professor in Pediatric Cardiology at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul. He is a member of the Turkish Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Association and the Hacettepe Child Health Education Development and Support Association.
