Aysimin Akçakaya Koraman, MD

Dr. Koraman’s clinical work covers child and adolescent health across age groups. In the newborn period, this includes newborn follow-up, newborn screening tests, and the evaluation of newborn jaundice. For infants and older children, she carries out well-child follow-up, which may involve monitoring growth and addressing developmental concerns as they arise. She also assesses and manages a number of common childhood conditions, including pediatric constipation, iron deficiency and anemia in children, upper respiratory tract illnesses, and croup.
