Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ürün Özer Ağırbaş

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ürün Özer Ağırbaş is a psychiatrist at Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital and Acıbadem Atakent Hospital. Her clinical interests include panic disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and psychological support for people with cancer.

She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2006 and completed her psychiatry training at Bakırköy Prof. Dr. Mazhar Osman Mental Health and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. Her additional training includes interpersonal psychotherapy at La Teppe Medical Center in France, complicated grief treatment at Columbia University, and trauma studies through Istanbul Bilgi University’s International Trauma Studies Program.
