Yusuf Emre Uzun, MD

From 2020 to 2023 he worked at Private Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital and from 2023 to 2026 at Private Liv Hospital Ulus Hospital, in both cases as a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine. In 2026 he joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services and took up his current position.

Clinical focus

Thyroid disorders are a central part of Dr. Uzun’s work, in keeping with his subspecialty in thyroid diseases and treatment. He also evaluates and treats patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including type 1 diabetes treatment, and manages diabetes insipidus, a distinct condition affecting fluid balance. Metabolic disease diagnosis and treatment and the medical management of obesity are further areas of his practice, often in the context of long-term care for chronic diseases.
