Elif Derya Cinisli is a dietitian in the Nutrition & Diet unit at Acibadem Göktürk Outpatient Clinic in İstanbul. She has more than three years of professional experience in nutrition and diet and consults in Turkish and English.

She graduated in 2023 from Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Health Sciences. In the same year she began her professional experience with Acıbadem Healthcare Services, where she has continued to work as a dietitian within the Nutrition & Diet unit, supporting patients with nutrition and diet planning tailored to their individual health needs.

The starting point of Elif Derya Cinisli’s work is nutrition assessment. Elif Derya Cinisli consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. Before a visit, the international patient team coordinates the collection of prior reports and imaging, such as laboratory and pathology results, MRI, CT, X-ray or ultrasound reports, operative notes and discharge summaries, and arranges appointments and the hospital visit. A first consultation typically covers the patient’s history and symptoms, a review of existing test results and previous treatments, a clinical examination and a discussion of the available options, including how a nutrition plan might be structured and followed up. Video consultation is available for international patients, which can be used for an initial discussion, to review existing reports or to follow up on a diet plan after a visit. Any recommendations made by video are based on the information available at the time and may be refined once a full in-person assessment has taken place.
