Büşra Sevinç, DDS

Büşra Sevinç, DDS is a dentist practicing in the Dental & Oral Health unit at Acibadem Altunizade Hospital in İstanbul. Dr. Sevinç graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2019 and began her doctorate in the Department of Endodontics of Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in the same year. Between 2020 and 2023 she worked as an endodontist at Özel Ümran Medical Center. From 2023 to 2025 she was an endodontist at Esnan Dental Clinics, and in 2024 she also held an endodontist position at Private Eray Şahinsev Dental Clinic. In 2025 she joined Acıbadem Bayındır Fenerbahçe Dental Clinic as an endodontist before taking up her current role.

Clinical focus

Dr. Sevinç’s areas of expertise center on endodontics and the conservation of natural tooth structure. She provides root canal treatment for teeth affected by tooth root infections or damage to the pulp, with the aim of retaining the tooth where this is clinically appropriate. Patients presenting with tooth pain or swelling related to an infected root are assessed clinically and with imaging to determine whether endodontic treatment is suitable and what stages it would involve.

Her restorative work includes dental fillings for cavities and minor defects, as well as the management of broken teeth and enamel loss. For teeth that have lost a larger portion of their structure, she uses porcelain inlays and onlays, which are indirect restorations made to fit the prepared tooth. Dr. Sevinç also works with digital CAD/CAM dentistry, in which restorations are designed and produced using digital scans and computer-aided manufacturing. The choice between a filling, an inlay or onlay, or a root canal followed by restoration depends on the extent of the damage, the condition of the pulp and the findings of the examination, and is discussed with the patient before treatment begins.

How Dr. Sevinç works with international patients

Dr. Sevinç consults in Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. The Acibadem international patient team coordinates the collection of prior reports and imaging, such as dental X-rays, CT scans and records of previous treatments, arranges appointments and organizes the hospital visit. A first consultation typically covers the patient’s history and symptoms, a review of existing imaging and earlier dental work, a clinical examination and a discussion of the available options. Video consultation is available for international patients who wish to discuss their case before traveling.
