Prof. Cahide Soydaş Çınar, MD

Prof. Cahide Soydaş Çınar, MD is a cardiologist at İzmir Kent Hospital, with clinical interests including heart rhythm disorders, hypertension, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and heart valve conditions. Her areas of focus also include atrial fibrillation, myocarditis, aortic valve stenosis, and mitral valve regurgitation.

She graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1978 and completed training in Internal Medicine at Ege University and Cardiology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. She became an Associate Professor of Cardiology in 1992 and a Professor of Cardiology in 2000 at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. Her career has included cardiology research at Cleveland Clinic in the United States and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as echocardiography training at RadboudZiekenhuis University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
