From 2018 to 2024 he served as Head of the Department of Pediatric Intensive Care at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, first as a Doctor Faculty Member (2018–2020) and then as Associate Professor (2020–2024).
