Clinical focus

Dr. Balkaya’s practice centers on anesthesiology and reanimation. This includes the assessment of patients before surgery, the planning and administration of anesthesia, monitoring during the procedure and care in the recovery period. Perioperative care forms a central part of his work, with attention to the patient’s overall condition, existing medical conditions and current medications when preparing an anesthesia plan. He works alongside surgical and other clinical teams so that anesthesia care is coordinated with the planned procedure.
