Huri Aydoğan is an audiologist with more than 11 years of experience in the field. She works in the Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) unit at Acibadem Adana Hospital in Adana, Türkiye, where her practice centers on the assessment of hearing in adults and children. Her work includes audiometry, the evaluation of hearing loss, paediatric hearing loss and BERA (ABR) testing.

Huri Aydoğan graduated from İstanbul Gelişim University Vocational School of Health Services in 2015. In 2016 she joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services, and she has continued her clinical work within the group since then. Huri Aydoğan speaks Turkish and English, and interpreters can be arranged for patients who speak other languages. For patients coming from abroad, the international patient team coordinates the collection of prior reports and imaging, such as earlier hearing tests, MRI or CT reports, laboratory results and discharge summaries, and arranges appointments and the hospital visit. A first consultation typically covers the patient’s history and symptoms, a review of existing test results and previous treatments, a clinical examination and a discussion of the options. Video consultation is available for international patients, which allows a patient or a family to speak with Huri Aydoğan before deciding whether to travel. Each case is assessed individually, and the extent of testing that may be needed depends on the findings at the time of the examination.
