Dr. Köse began his career as a General Practitioner at Ankara Sugar Factory (1981–1983). After his specialty training, he worked as a Specialist Physician at Ankara Maternity and Gynecology Training Hospital (1988–1992) and then served as Head of Clinic of its Gynecologic Oncology Clinic from 1992 to 2005. From 2005 to 2011, he was Head of Clinic at the Gynecologic Oncology Clinic of Etlik Zübeyde Hanım Obstetrics and Gynecology Training and Research Hospital. He subsequently held the position of Medical Director at Universal İtalyan Giovanni Alberto Agnelli Hospital (2011–2012), was Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at LIV Hospital Ulus (2012–2014), and worked as a Gynecologic Oncology Surgery Specialist in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of Medipol Mega University Hospital (2014–2016). He joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services in 2016. He is a member of professional bodies including the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology, the International Gynecologic Cancer Society, the Society of European Robotic Gynecologic Surgery, the Turkish Obstetrics and Gynecology Association and the Turkish Gynecologic Oncology Association.
