Nurettin Ümit Özak, MD

Nurettin Ümit Özak, MD is an orthopedic surgery and traumatology specialist who sees patients at the Orthopedics & Joint Center of the Acibadem Zekeriyaköy Outpatient Clinic in İstanbul. After qualifying as a specialist, Dr. Özak worked at Düzce Traumatology Hospital from 1983 to 1984. From 1984 to 1996 he served as an Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist at Metin Sabancı Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Training and Research Hospital, where he was also part of the Chief Physician’s Office from 1993 to 1996. Between 1996 and 2011 he worked at Beşiktaş Sait Çiftçi Public Health Center. He has maintained a private practice since 1984, and in 2024 he joined Acıbadem Healthcare Services. His professional background therefore spans hospital-based orthopedic and trauma care, public health services, and private practice.
