Clinical focus

Dr. Sayılır’s clinical work centers on spine health, pain management and rehabilitation. She assesses and treats patients with reduced lumbar lordosis and facet joint syndrome, as well as regional pain conditions such as frozen shoulder syndrome and myalgia. She also sees patients with fibromyalgia, where treatment is planned around the individual’s symptoms and functional goals. Joint injections form part of her procedural practice and may be considered as one component of a broader rehabilitation plan.

A second area of her work concerns muscle and nerve disorders, including myopathy and other neuromuscular diseases, and rehabilitation for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
