His training path combines a medical degree earned in Azerbaijan with specialist education in anesthesiology and reanimation completed in Turkey.

Advanced life support refers to the structured management of patients in cardiac arrest or other life-threatening emergencies, including airway management, ventilation, and circulatory support. Intensive care treatment involves the continuous monitoring and treatment of critically ill patients whose organ function needs support, for example after major surgery, following trauma, or during severe illness. Palliative care focuses on the relief of pain and other distressing symptoms in patients with serious or advanced illness, with attention to comfort, dignity, and quality of life for the patient and their family.
