Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yüksel Erdal

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yüksel Erdal is a Neurology specialist at Atakent Hospital. His clinical focus includes dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and ageing, as well as stroke and preventive treatments. He also evaluates and manages migraine, headache, and essential tremor.

He graduated from Kırıkkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2013 and completed neurology training at Health Sciences University İstanbul Training and Research Hospital in 2019. In 2020, he was an observer at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, focusing on Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. He became Associate Professor of Neurology in 2023 and completed a master’s degree in Behavioral Neurology and Movement Disorders at İstanbul University Health Sciences Institute in 2025. His career has included roles at Amasya Göynücek District State Hospital, İstanbul Training and Research Hospital, Acıbadem Healthcare Services, Mardin Kızıltepe State Hospital, and Bezmiâlem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine.
